Our policy is clear, If we cannot fix your computer then you don’t have to pay us a Red Hot Cent! However, I must warn you ahead of time, for us not being able to fix or repair your PC is about as unlikely and as rare as an actual Bigfoot Sighting at McDonalds!! *Non-refundable charges may be incurred if troubleshooting or hardware diagnostics are needed, call for details.

All of the parts we provide come with a manufacture’s warranty, however we like to kick it up a notch for you. If you buy an item from us, and for any reason that harware component goes defective on you (hey, it happens!) we’ll happily replace it up to one year from the date you bought it absolutely FREE of charge to you.
